If your print arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we replace it or refund you at no cost. Ready-made designs can also be returned within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.
Damaged, faulty or wrong prints
- Email [mailto:snapsworks@gmail.com ] with your order number and photos of the print and packaging.
- For damage during delivery, please let us know within 48 hours so we can claim from the courier.
- We will reprint and send a replacement, or refund you in full, including shipping.
This applies to every product, including custom prints. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to return defective goods within six months, are not affected.
Changed your mind?
You may return a ready-made design within 7 days of delivery if:
- the print is unused, undamaged and has not been hung or drilled
- it is in its original packaging
- you include your order number
You pay the cost of sending it back. Once we receive and check it, we refund the price of the print.
Custom and personalised prints
Custom prints, and bundle prints made with your own words, are designed and printed just for you, so they cannot be returned if you change your mind. That is why we send you a proof to approve before printing. Please check spelling, verse references and names carefully on your proof.
If the finished print differs from the proof you approved, or has a printing fault, we will reprint it free of charge.
Bundles
A bundle made up only of ready-made designs can be returned as a whole within 7 days, on the same terms as above. A bundle that includes any own-words print can only be returned if it is damaged, faulty or wrong.
How to start a return

- We reply within [1] working day with the return address and next steps.
- Send the print back, well packed. We recommend a trackable service.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within [7] working days of our approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
