We deliver across South Africa, and shipping is free on every order over R2,500.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only. If you are outside South Africa and would like a print, contact us at [ mailto:snapsworks@gmail.com ] and we will see what we can arrange.
Shipping costs
- Orders over R2,500: free shipping
- Orders of R2,500 and under: [R100 flat rate], shown at checkout
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order is made
Every print is made to order.
- Ready-made designs are printed and dispatched within [3–5] working days of your order.
- For custom prints and own-words bundles, we first design your print and send you a proof on WhatsApp or email. Once you approve it, your print is made and dispatched within [5–7] working days.
- Large sizes (A1 and A0) may need up to [2] extra working days.
The sooner you reply to your proof, the sooner your print is on its way.
Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery by courier name usually takes:
- [2–4] working days to main centres
- [4–7] working days to regional and outlying areas
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, weather or peak seasons such as Black Friday and December.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Your delivery address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, a re-delivery fee may apply. Someone must be available to receive the parcel, and the courier may call you on the number you give.
Damaged in transit
Every print is carefully packed. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos of the parcel and the print to [email address] within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you. See our Returns & refund policy for details.
